If you believe the biblical story of Adam obviously God did believe him.

But I have sneaking doubt that God wished in the heart of his hearts, almost yearned, that Adam will break his faith. He obviously did not go too the extent of working for six days to create this beautiful world including Eve only for the sole enjoyment of Adam. He must have wanted for him to go forth in the world and populate it(He could have but did not create duplicates of Adam and EVe which also underlines His underlying desire for Adam to follow the nunces of Creation. The poor serpent was just an instruments in His scheme of thingsThe wrath heaped on the serpent's head must be a transfigured epithet of Man's eternal fear of the species.

This question is rather vague and lacks detail, but yes God does believe in all people. He created each and everyone of us. He created mankind in the past, the present and the future.

Do you think God believes in people?

The verb believe can not be used when we are speaking of God. The verb we have is just do describe our actions, feeling, thoughts and other world events.

God is just a spirit that exists in each of us. No powers, no magic, no miracles and no hoobli-gooblis. If you believe in yourself you can say God believes in you. That is about it. The external God is man-made.

If God didn't believe in people, which He created, He wouldn't have created human life. We wouldn't exist at all.
