I used to live in Italy and I wanted to watch international TV channels, too. I remember there's some packages coming with satellite dishes that include English, American, French, German and Spanish channels. But I couldn't get a satellite dish because my balcony was facing the wrong cardinal direction... I'm pretty sure that if you research some satellite TV providers available in Italy, you can find packages offering at least TV España (TVE).
