If you live in New york then go to BJ's next to New New hartford other wise you could go to Water Safari Or Disney Land or World and you can get them at fairs and carnivals

you could try making your own , all it really is melted ice cream frozen in to tiny droplets using liquid nitrogen.

BE EXTREMELY careful though liquid nitrogen is something you shouldn't fool around with , always wear protective gear. You have been warned incase you decide to do so.

I have seen it all over SoCal as well.

you can find them at the mall (usually some malls)
they also have some at the musuem of science in boston..but if you dont live near there then there is no point in going there...
