No, it is not too late. Not only will you be a more responsible dog owner, it is healthier for your dog to be neutered if he is not being bred.

No it's never to late to neuter a dog My rott was neutered at three but since the instinct was already there he ran away to find females even though he was already fixed

No, I adopted a four year old dog and got him neutered. Everything is fine.

it really is never too late to neuter a dog... it can be done as early as less than a year old and as late as if your dog can be put under anastesia safely....
