I have had to deal with overbearing parents before. They can be the killer in a realtionship if they do not like you or are severly overprotective of there son.
Don't change yourself is a major way to deal with it, and don't conform to what she wants. If a major debate or arugment breaks out defend yourself and then walk away to cool off. Yes, its true that your only his girlfriend and that she'll always be his mother...but don't let her overbearing behavior ruin the time that your with him.

Mothers are forever girlfriends and wives can b replaced. She going to be this way until they lay her to rest. So u can either put up with it or try to beat her at this overbearing game.
Because she's his mother and Ur just the replaceable girlfriend

Beleive me the only way to put up with it is to stay away from her and if you don't want to hurt his feelings, keep your thoughts to yourself. It's still his mother and no matter what you say or think unless your married to him, sadly...your only his girlfriend.
