Well since the lip curling technique is not working I suggest that everytime he bites you, say NO dont bite! very firmly and replace your hand with a toy saying "chew your toy" and encourage him to do so by saying "chew your toy!" while tugging gently and playing with him. If he bites you again say NO dont bite! and replace your hand with the toy again saying "chew your toy". Repeat, Repeat Repeat making sure to consistently use the same commands to the letter, in the same deep serious reproachful tone of voice for the first command "No dont bite" followed by the second command "chew your toy" in a high pitched excited and happy doggy voice. DO this every day and any time he bites you.....dont hit or pinch his lip that only teaches him to retaliate. By sternly reproaching him for biting your hand followed by replacing your hand with the toy instead you are teaching him what is acceptable behaviour and what is not. It is called redirection and it truly works....If you follow what I have said you should see almost instantaneous results. Good Luck!
I also think because of the aggressive behaviour you described in him you should practice the NILF (nothing in life is free) training technique to prevent future conflicts between you and your dog. Read this informative web site for tips on how to practice NILF... http://www.pets.ca/articles/article-dog_nilf.htm

There are a few things going on here. 1, you need to train him. This involves punishing him when he bites (and you don't want him to bite). His biting should be used only under your command when you want him to attack, and THAT should only be in self defense. 2, it's good that he's a puppy; that makes him easier to train. Work with him closely because what you don't want is for him to grow up, bite a neighbor down the street, and you get sued.

NEVER hit your dog, when he bites make a Sharp squeak noise to let him know that hurt and COMPLETELY ignore him, he'll learn that when he bites the fun stops another thing you can do is spray what you don't want him biting with a biter apple spray(when using this on hands make sure you wash your hands VERY well after wards)
