Yes because a mule named after a food product can cause confusion among the tribes.
You can imagine the scene, trying to stuff a mule with blueberries and trying to fit it into on of those paper cups.
Also loading all their goods for market on the back of a chocolate chip muffin wondering why the mule is so stubborn.
It would be chaos
