He has a very sexy smouldering voice.
His facial expressions run from innocent to dangerously angry.
The way he moves is sexy. He walks with confidence and his back is so straight.
The way he raises one eyebrow is sexy.
He has long slender fingers and uses his hands very sexily.
He is SOOO coordinated! He can do ANYTHING and look masculine AND graceful doing it.
He makes all of his physical jestures look like poetry. SO easy.
When he stares at someone, his eyes show no signs of insecurity. He makes us melt with his sloping forehead and the way he uses his eyes.
He can jump from moving slowly to lightening fast.
He is fearless when it comes to making films. He will take on roles, MOST other actors would be afaid to do, for fear they would look stupid.
In kissing scenes, he makes it believable. He always has a serious but come hither look on his face. He caves with a masculine but soft quality.
His walk is sexy.
His body is sexy.
There isn't ANYTHING about him that isn't sexy.
Even when he gets mad in a scene, he makes it look sexy!
It's his intense facial expressions, that say "Don't fool with me or you'll die, right where you stand." With just a simple look on his face.
He comes across as a guy that could and WOULD protect you. He seems fearless and powerful.
He has this cute crooked grin sometimes and then you see his long sexy dimples on each side of his face.
His neck is not too wide. It is kind of slender. Very kissable.
His body is PERFECT.
And his voice? IT IS KILLER SEXY. Deep but soft. Sultry.
His lips are sexy. They look very kissable because his mouth has almost a pout to it.
His upper lip is shaped with strong curvy lines. Very sexy.

I don't. Jack Sparrow is hilarious, but in general Johnny Depp is kinda weird.

well if every chick you know thinks he is hot then what does that tell ya......... see the pattern... He just is.
probably for the same reason men like Kelly clarkson, Paris, Pam Anderson just because.

His charisma, confidence and charm....also he's got a certain
sex appeal....probably because of the above combination.. Also,
he is "real", not fake like some other actors.
