Frankly, the fact that there are families is, I think, irrelevant. It surprises me how people will take children to places where they KNOW offensive things are, and then complain about it. Reminds me of when I saw "Boomerang" in the theatre and a certain scene made me go "damn" (not loudly, but enough that someone 2 seats away barely heard me). They had a child, like a 4 year old, and took offense. My reply was "well what in the heck are you doing bring a FOUR YEAR OLD to an R-rated movie anyway?"

So frankly, you should have the right to live your life the way you want, without children infringing upon it. I can sort of understand the decency concerns of a family, but you have the right to your life just the same.

But I will say--if you don't want guys staring at you and looking at you with lustful passions, then you should restrain. I encounter too many women bearing-it-all in a bikini and if you so much as glance for even 1-2 seconds MAX, they look at you like "what are you looking at," and I'm like--well, duh!

People wear beach-wear at the beach. Bikinis, thong bikinis, one piece suits, suits with frilly skirts -- whatever counts as beach wear is perfectly appropriate.
If you think it might embarass you, then wear something a little more conservative, and save the thong for a less public spot. But that's your choice.

Sure, why not. The human body is natural, everyone has one. Kids will pay absolutely no attention to it at all unless they are male and about 16. I have three kids, not a one of them has noticed what someone was wearing at a beach.

THONG: Topless Humans Organized for Natural Genetics
It is an organisation located in Chicago. They make pool parties and every body wears thongs and they are topless. Would you join this organisation with me?

Actually a thong IS quite cheeesey to the average person. Makes a body think that your just showing off and "it's all about me"! Have some class!

Thongs are just for attention seekers. You're doing it right now. There's no other reason for wearing one since they give you the most ridiculous tan lines. Chances are you don't even have the body for it, so, no, the thong stays in the backyard.

Perfectly. But you don't have to go the beach, to do wear it. You could just go to a public pool, like say in the city park, or to the house or apt of a guy, in whom you're interested. Just don't violate any driving rules, on the way.

I sure wouldn't...
I mean, a lot of people wouldn't let their kids wear something like that, much less see it on somebody...something can be super-cute (the perfect color and a few cool cuts to make it look unique) but if you have to worry even a little bit about pulling it up on your boobs or anything...don't wear it.

Sure, it's ok. That's what people wear to the beach, right? You'll turn some heads and be the object of lust to teenage boys, but why not?
