my boyfriend of 5 months texts his ex girlfriend all the time constantly and ive told him its bothering me and i wouldnt mind but its all the time?hes quite secretive about it but hes says its cos he doesnt want me to get the wrong idea. he said its not gonna stop either!

Ask him nicely about it, then if it doesn't stop confront him about it. Finally, having exhausted all the rational methods, wait until your're round his house and in the kitchen, then put his mobile in the microwave and nuke it to bits. He'll get the message. (Be willing to be sued, of course).

Get rid of him! How insensitive is he if continues to do something that he knows clearly upsets you.
He is quite secretive about it as he does not want you to read the texts. Dont play second fiddle to anyone, ex girlfriend or otherwise. If he cant cease contact with his ex maybe he should go back to her, he is not exactly giving you his full attention is he?

Hi,whats he doing texting his ex all the time anyway, it seems like hes still seeing her or someting is going on, ave a look at his phone and find out what the texts are it might no be right but at time of you need you need to know, Then if he is cheatin get rid of him. You need to get out of the relation ship before you waste anymore time with him

If its not going to affect your relationship then no problem but if it is affecting it then you gastu move on gurl since he said its not going to stop . I think five months is enough for you to endure all these texting ****. Ask him if he loves you , if he does, he wont want to hurt you cos it seems your still competing with his Ex. As i said earlier if it doesnt affect your relationship, then no need to bother.

Why are you still with him?? Sorry I missed that part; are you that desperate for a guy that you'd hang on to one that's still so OBVIOUSLY in love with his EX!!
The fact that he told you it's not going to stop is a sure sign that he has no respect for you and you shouldn't be around him!!
Get a reality check girl and find some-one that wants you not his EX!!

He is either cheating or wants to. He is obviously obssesed with his ex and even if it is not reciprocated you deserve somone who will give you all his love and attention. Dump him before you get hurt

i was best friends with a guy who i was totally in love i introduced my cousin who said she wanted to play cupid between us she started texting back to him then it wasnt about me at all this lady was secretly married and texting to my best friend who i was in love knowingly he wasnt cheating on me since he was my best friend even though i loved him he told me the truth while she kept lying all day long until i found out about it.trust me u cannot make him stop neither his ex gf(isnt she replying to his texts which is why hes texting her more)finally i gave up thats when their thing fizzled out when he found out she was secretly married she turned it on him saying he was texting her blamed him for everything even though she was leading him on.so i think this will happen with ur guy and his ex u cant make them stop they have to do it on their own.break up with him hes disrespecting u if u find out its more then friendly texts.

he knows it's bothering you and he won't even text her less, so he's not committing to you and his ex is a higher priority. You should probably think about dumping him.

Hint, hint! If you already told him that this is bothering you, and he is being insensitive towards you the woman that he is with now! Then maybe you should let him text on, maybe she is the clean up woman! Let her clean up and you pack up!
