Was that caravan fire real? Or was it a set-up? I din't know whether to laugh or cry!

I agree it was probably a set up (as they wouldn't have been in there trying to put it out knowing that that gas bottle was connected to it) but that didnt stop me laughing out loud to it even though i am sat at home on my own!

It had to be a set-up.
Had it been a genuine accident they would not have been able to keep it out of the press.
Can you imagine the fun the papers would have had -
"Top Gear torched my caravan"
"Clarkson destroys campsight"
There was a gas canister on the caravan. Had it been real there is no way the director would have continued filming their crazy antics trying to put the fire out. They would have been pulled out of the caravan immediately.
But great fun wasn't it. I suspect that saw of the last of any caravan owners that still watch the show.

I think so it was bloody hillarious and im staying in a caravan for a week next month so i hope that doesnt happen to me.I really started to laugh when the fire brigade turned up and thought that was funny too,I always watch Top Gear just in case something like that hapens like last time when to set fire to the car wash.

Definitely a set up but it has put my Dad off getting a caravan, thank God.

well from the start it was disaster first he crashed it coming out the garage ,tried to 3 point turn on the country road reversed into some else' tent,, make chips and dont know how to put a fire out......well funny i laughed all night .............at least thats another caravan of the road................

set-up. clarkson made a poor attempt to put it out. other caravaners, or whatever they're called, didn't have much of a reaction to the fire.

yes it was a setup but i know someone who always seems to breakdown towing their caravan home
