Yes. The first time you have to actually pay for the room. Get the players card at the casino you are staying at, and just play there or at the other casinos owned by the same group you are in. Every time you play use your card. I have gotten free rooms this way and I am not a high roller.

Yes call them and tell them that you intend to visit next week. Explain that you are a millionaire and you wish to open an account and deposit one million dollars into it to start with.
Once they have opened an account for you wire them a million dollars. Next call up your account manager and tell them that you want to stay in one of their best suites. Tell them that you will be playing exclusively in their casino using the money in your account. Tell them that you expect to be well taken care of and your room comped. They will give you a very nice suite and kiss up to you the entire time you are there.
Other than that approach, probably not. Although if you gamble enough while you are there they will comp your room. Just remember to get a player's card. Frankly though if you cannot afford to pay for the room, you should not be going to Vegas.

yes. spend at least one million dollars. after that they will treat you very nice every time you go back. the casinos will bombard you with FREE offers. they'll all want a piece of your pie.
or... become an act that they'll put on their marquee.. they give you a room for free with that too.
