as notyou331 would say in me trying to cause problem the answer is no it is to late for that it has aready ended in a divorce because of this and could end up for prision time for a ex wife for charges of mail fraud identity theft and many other things

if you have divorced your wife then you need to contact all 3 credit agencies immediately and have any joint files seperated. After this get your credit reports and make sure things are clear. Get a statement from the judge that you were not involved in the fraud if they found her guilty. After you tell the credit agencies of the seperation then get your credit report and make sure that there are no errors. if there are be sure to dispute it. The three major credit reporting agencies are Transunion, Equifax, and Experian.
