She absolutely has to be healthy. I go much by face, eyes, skin and healthy body.
The next thing is how her mind works (or if).
Need to have good self-esteem, without being overbearing.
A woman who has good looks, but isn't full of that and has to tell everyone about it, that's sexy.
Since beauty is in the beholders eye, I am always amazed how many women have to state how pretty or beautiful (or 'intelligent') they are. Why not leave that judgment to the person they try to get to know?
If he agrees, then mentioning it is redundant, if not it'll just turn him off. It is really a projection of insecurity, which is totally non sexy.
Funny thing is on dating sites where women claim to be intelligent, many don't even know how to spell it.
Reminds me of 'Yesterday i din't even know how tu spell salesmun and today I is one'. ;-)

So far, first in the list is (is the girl of proper age, no minors or not young enough to be my daughter), second, respect, third intelligence. Looks is somewhere in the middle of the list. I also look for someone with good self-esteem and a good attitude about life.
