Sure... it's called being polite.
I'm sure you'd want to be informed too if it were you.

For questions like that, the "Golden Rule" is good to remember. What would you want someone to do if it were you? Do it pleasantly with the attitude of saving the person some embarrassment at, say, a job interview (rather than as a criticism) and most people appreciate it. I'm sure they didn't leave it sticking up to show you anything.

I hate labels....and I hate when they won't stay inside clothing ( I usually cuts them off, if they won't stay down). But I wouldn't tell a complete stranger, they would think you were a whacko. I might tell a stranger that their fly was down, but I even have a hard time with that. I would have no problem telling someone I know that their label was sticking out, but I think strangers would just think you were wierd ( a label sticking out, is not the end of the world)

By all means. And you may as well fix it for the person too. When I bought a pair of levis I didnt see the size strip of plastic going down my leg. Some lady behind me in the grocery store took it off for me and handed it to me. The most embarrassing part was that i was in a hurry to go somewhere and i didnt have time to wash them so i could imagine what the lady was thinking.

I don't think you should, because you are doing it from the point of view of someone who finds it irritating.
But someone who can do it with a sense of good humour as a favour to the other person, yes.
I hope you never walk out the loo with your skirt tucked in your knickers, or have eyeliner under your eyes and meet someone who treats you like a moron.

If it's done politely, then sure, I'd do it.
If I were wandering around all day with my label sticking up, or my shirt backwards, or inside out, or my fly open, then yeah, I'd want someone to politely and quietly alert me to this issue.
Love as always,
Sebastian

Yes, I usually make a joke about it. They will appreciate it. You never know, they might be on their way to a job interview or to meet with someone important.

I don't hesitate in telling them, I always do, because if mine is sticking out, I would like someone to tell me too.
People usually are greateful that you told them.

It bothers me too, but I wouldn't because they might think you're paying a little too much attention to them. And some ppl might not care and just think you're weird, lol.
