deportation. Don't do it because you will be banned from the country; and if you ever ask for a visa to go to another country, they will ask you wheter you've ever been kick out or denied a visa somewhere else and why. So this will stay with you for a long time. Respect the law and you'll be rewarded. I know it's not that easy and it's an emotional decision to make (i'm going through this right now) but you have to do what's best for you in the long run. Good luck!

Overstaying your visa can be a serious offense. In addition to imprisonment and deportation, countries can ban re-entry for years or even life!

deportation, if u get caught, plus you will be recorded as an overstayer and never be granted another visa for the UK again.
