Hmmmm, well I'm not sure where u r from but in this heat, I don't feel like going jogging or biking or running either. The heat is making me dull. As for the video games... How old are u? Maybe u r not into it anymore 'cos u have outgrown it. Or maybe it's a guy/girl, ever thought of that??

Perhaps you are a person who needs more meaning in their life than just entertainment. A study of the Bible would be meaningful. Perhaps people are the missing quotient. Try meeting some new and interesting ones who are living a life of real purpose. Another thought might be to find someone who is older and wiser and just visit with that person and find out what had the most meaning in their life. You might find that they have lots to say.

Hi!
How long have you been doing these activities? Perhaps you need a change and a challenge?!
Have a go at doing something totally different from what you would usually do.
This will do one of two things for you. It will either give you a new interest or you will realise that what you used to do was far more fun!

You can either try something new, or do one of your old activities in a new way. For example if you like to exercise and jog, try signing up for some competitive running events like 5K races. If you give yourself a goal to shoot for (winning a trophy in your age category), that gives you some motivation. Also, you can meet other people with similar interests.
Also, try some new activities. Join a theater group, take an art class, sign up for tae kwon do lessons ... if there's something you've always said, "I wish I knew how to do that," take a class and learn how!
Good luck!

Depression takes many forms. Not taking pleasure in things you used to is certainly something that would qualify as a sign of possible depression.
Consider taking an on-line depression screening test. If you score in the range of being depressed. Make an apointment with your primary doctor. He/she can either treat the problem or refer you to someone who can. Print out the quiz and bring it with you.
Good luck

In my own experience it could be that you are suffering from some sort of depression. I spent most of my life just fine and at a certain age it just hit me and I couldn't function. You might want to consider seeing your family doctor for some direction so they can direct you to a psychiatrist if neccessary. Good luck!

I would say you are definitely depressed. You need to go and get your mental heath checked, believe me when I say a lot of people neglect this because they don't want to be called psycho, or go to a shrink. Hope you find your answer and good luck. Go to your doctor soon.

You could be starting depression and not even know it. It could just be stress caused by a chemical imbalance in your system or maybe it's just time to try something new.
