Did it about a year ago. Trying to remember. I know I dropped at least 14 lbs the first month, might have been closer to 20 though.
Lost 30 over all. And they're still off. Now eating a maintenance diet of low carbs.

like 15 pounds but i cant do it now cuz it gives me major chest pains even in first day...............
