That's where our ancestors tails were.

It's not really a "tail" bone like a dog or a monkey. I think when we were just a growing fetus, it might have looked like a tail. We needed it to develop into our spine and thats just the way it is. God knows what he's doing!

Humans don't have tail bones. What you are calling a tail bone is an anchor point for mussels that assist in the reproductive organs. The vestigial tail bone argument went out about 35 years ago.

How about the fact that is NOT a tail bone in reality. It is the coccyx... just the bottom of the spine. Come on... that sounded like a lead into the whole Darwin THEORY. FAITH people... FAITH!

Tail bones but no tails!! It is so we can stand up and have a backbone. Just part of the frame.

You'd have to ask a bone specialist, but I believe it's to keep me in pain for the rest of my life lol. I fell on mine in high school and it's never been the same!

Seriously though, I don't know, but I also don't know why we have a lot of other things, like an appendix.

The problem with your question is you're questioning God's design plans. Can you design a COMPLETE WORKING HUMAN BEING from the skeletal to muscle mass, nerve endings, brain matter, intestines and all that's required to make it a living breathing soul? FROM SCRATCH!

I thought not. Who are you (or even me) to question God's design. The most brilliant Scientist cant even compete -although they try but the best they can do is manipulate whats already in existence and even then, pre-existing living tissue and cells not even really designing a full working blueprint.

Because women look a lot sexier to men when they have a little junk in the trunk. Flat butts don't look attractive on women (my opinion).

Like the appendix, it is a hold over from evolution
