Looking at the spelling, grammar, punctuation and run-on sentence in the posting, I have to ask whether the grade might have been deserved. If the paper was as poorly written as this posting, I would have failed you myself.
I am also a Christian who, like you, as given answers that were not what the course taught when it has gone against my beliefs. I have been failed by a couple of teachers. But when I took a honest look at the work, I had to admit that the grade really was based on the quality of the work (which was poor) and not the contents.
If you feel that the quality of work really was deserving of a higher grade, about the only thing you can do is talk to the teacher. See if the teacher is able to offer you reasons, besides content, for the grade. If the teacher can not give you other reasons, or states that it is because of the content, consider appealing to the principle, or whoever is above the teacher.
You have the right (its called "freedom of speech") to express your convictions, whether they are religion based or not. But those convictions still have to written in a quality manner. I knew of few teachers who would fail a student if the convictions are well written, with proper spelling, grammer, etc. In fact, they often reward the student for their willingness to think on their own.
An alternative for future papers is to write them by saying "the current theory is", "some scientist speculate that", or "some people believe", etc. Explain the current theories, but do not endorse them. That is not a violation of your beliefs. You are truthfully and honestly relating what "they" believe.

First of all you need to learn to write. I highly doubt your teacher gave you a bad grade over your topic, but instead it was because your answer was not readable.
Second, if you are in a science class, you need to open your mind a little to new ideas. That is part of what science is about. Being close-minded will not get you far in life. If you are studying evolution in Biology, then you have to accept that, and answer accordingly. Your "beliefs" are not the answer. In fact, where did your "beliefs" come from? People taught you it, told you "facts". Did they give you supporting science to back it up? No. That isn't science. If you are in a religious class, that is different. But, in fact, God did not just plop down all these animals on earth, they evolved. You can still believe if you like, but you should modify what you believe to match the accepted scientific theories, or else you just sound like a crackpot.

Was your grade based on your writing abilities and supporting documentation or on your beliefs? You can not be graded poorly for having different beliefs. You can be given a bad grade if the thing you wrote was poorly written and you didn't follow the format and provide the required supporting information.

She was more than likely testing you over the Big Bang Theory. Not the the Big bang fact. Yes you are required to answer the test the way that is appropriate.

you're allowed to have your beliefs in school and even express them in school as long as they dont interfer with the educational mission of the school or the learning process of others. maybe she did not fail you for what you wrote but rather how you wrote it? did you spell check, proof read, etc?

Perhaps your grade had nothing to do with the content of your paper but the fact that you need to improve your grammar, spelling and punctuation skills so that you can express yourself clearly.

If it sounded anything like this question, I would have given you a bad grade too, since I cannot understand what you are trying to say.
