for clarification, the first question is a yes no question and the second one is multiple choice. Hope that helps. And remember, it is a sin to lie.

I haven't read the Bible from cover to cover, but I know there are devotionals that cover the whole year, with scriptures that go along with the devotional and actually gets you through the whole Bible in a years time. And I am a Christian also. Wouldn't have it any other way.

"Cover to cover"
Assuming you mean all
37,493 verses (Orthodox Christianity)
35,371 verses (Catholic Christianity)
31,102 verses (Protestant Christianity)
being read over one (or more sessions) regardless of sequence, then the answer is "yes".

Sequence can differ because the Bible has been written:
* chronologically;
* according to the documentary hypothesis (for the Tanakh);
* according to a Gospel harmonization (New Testament);
* using the book sequence of the LXX;
* using the book sequence of the Masoretic Text;
* using the book sequence of Martin Luther;
* using one of the other book sequences;
* A narrative paraphrase (EG: The Cotton Patch Gospel.]
* One has followed the lectionary / daily office readings; [And yes, I know that most lectionaries do not include every verse in the Bible. This refers to those that do.]

I'm Christian.

I have been all over the bible for different studies and sermons.

I read a lot on my own., but I have never read it from cover to cover , meaning starting at Genesis and ending at Revelation.

It is to difficult to read it that way, for so much is elaborated on in other books, that you go to that other book to continue your learning. For instance, I cannot read Revelation, without Isaiah and Daniel, and a bit of Thessalonians.

So cover to cover, no, but doubt that I would ever read it that way as it is not an unfolding story such as we might write today.

And I am a Christian, follower of Jesus Christ, son of GOD and part of the GODhead.

My chosen place of worship is non-denomination and teaches directly out of the bible and the bible alone.

Yes
Agnostic

I have read the Bible from cover to cover three times...more than most Christians, by my guess. There are some good lessons in there, even if you don't believe it is the word of God. However, there are a lot of things that can be tossed because they apply to a society that existed over 2,000 years ago.

No I have not read the Bible from cover to cover as of yet.
I am a Christian and have been since 1984.

What about you? Have you read the Bible from cover to cover? and are you a Christian, atheist or other?

I am a Christian and am still learning more and more of what God wants me to learn according to His time and will. If you did read the bible from cover to cover, and you started it over again. You will find things that you did not see the first time you read it. It is a never ending book of learning no matter how many times you read it. It was delibertately designed that way.
