Islam. Because it has an answer to all the questions that i have in mind and it really gives you all the things you need to know and do to live a healthy life. It's widley misunderstood but if you really read into it and find more about it from the right people then you will know what i'm feeling. I feel that christianity and Judaism can make you feel that way too if you also go to the right people and have ofcourse a "clean" heart and an open mind. You dont have to believe in anything 100%. For me I'm a muslim and I'm trying to find as much info about all the religions out there and so far i love them all .. lol They all preach peace and love yet people who follow these religions do the exact opposite in this world. So basically just try to be a peacful and hate-free, judge-free person.

I am Muslim, I belong to the religion of Islam.

I grew up Christian in a Baptist household, several generations of Baptists strong. However it didn't appeal to me like I thought it should. I didn't understand then like I do now, but those who surrounded me just seemed like too many hypocrites, and I think that's why it just never stuck to me like religion should. By high school I knew everything (remember that?) and had a smart (a**) answer for any question when it came to religion and God, but the best part about it is that I was beginning to think for myself. By college my interest in religion and world cultures peaked, and I started my own studies. Without interferance from those with bias. I studied many religions, the Christianity that the church never taught me, Judaism, Buddhism, Islam, Hinduism, Jainism, every major religion worldwide. It eventually led me to the path of Islam.

Thank God I learned about Islam before 9/11, because had it not been before, I would have been biased myself to the point of never wanting anything to do with it. However pre-9/11 and media bias frenzy, I got a glimpse into what it truly was. I had yet to learn about rituals and such, but I knew what was at the heart of Islam, what gave it it's pulse. I learned that for someone to be true to the Muslim belief, completely submissive to the Will of God, and compassionate for life at a level that highly pleases God, is pure bliss, and true peace.
What I like about it can almost be summed up by looking at an image of pilgrims in Mecca: millions of people of all races and cultures, of all classes, of all ages gathered together in the same clothing, all for the same purpose. No one is there against their will, no one knows the rich man from the poor, everyone is side by side, shoulder to shoulder and feet to feet in prayer, some within an arms stretch from the very first house of worship built for God. This is the purity and the essence of Islam.
I often tell those who ask that I didn't really leave Christianity for what I couldn't find in it, but instead I joined Islam for what I could find in it; salam we taqwa (peace and piety). Judged not based on the name or title you carry or the words on your tongue, but by what your mind and heart speak.

I am a non-denominational Christian. I chose it because it was explained to me at an early age how important it was. I have seen and been through many things in my life that are tough to put into words, but they constantly re-affirm my faith in Christ. There is no doubt in my mind that He is Lord and is in full control of my life. That is what I like about it, that I don't have to worry or fret. I offer everything up to Him in prayer and let him guide my path. It makes for a very fun way of life!

I follow a Celtic Reconstructionist path.

I chose it because it provides me with the structure to honor my deities and to nurture a relationship with them.

I like it because I find inspiration in both meditation as well as academic study. Getting to know the peoples that once worshiped my deities is important to me because it helps me to understand my deities better. I love the mythology and agree with the general worldview. I like the fact that it is polytheistic and is not touted to be the "one true way" because I don't believe that there is a one true way. I like the way that it includes honoring my ancestors and the local land and water deities of my area. My faith fits me well. It gives me the feeling of "coming home".

I am Christian. '
I choose to be Christian because I do believe in Christ but I did not want to stick myself in one sect. I thought it was more important to learn about Christ and therefore basically choose to be NonDenominational.
I am not into having to JOIN a church or with a church having the power to tell me to leave etc. I felt that those things were not real GODLY so I am just CHRISTIAN.
