A smart man knows what to look for in women:
1.Women who have mothers you wouldn’t be embarrassed to date if you were a few years older
2.Women who has enough respect for her body not to tattoo or pierce her body or to use drugs
3.Women who can put a couple drinks down and still keep her
pants up.
4.Women that value family, respect, and friendship.
5.Women that love children
6.Women that can do things, technologically functional and smart.
7.Women that like sports especially football
8.Women that believe physical activity is more than just waking up before noon
9.Women that don’t use the word “****” in every other sentence.
10.Women that understood 90210 was just a TV show and was not real life
11.Women that that do not fly brooms.

You realize by asking this question you will probably not get an honest answer. I would say honesty, good morales, sense of humor, a great smile and great outlook on life.
Now I suppose you'll get the smart a** responses as well; it really depends on the guy. What he wants/needs/etc. We cannot "categorize" all guys as wanting the same thing. Different strokes for different folks.
My suggestion - be yourself - always be yourself.

obviously not all guys are the same just like not every girl is ...so your question would get a braod spectrum of answers from gigolos only looking for big boobs ...but a few look for mor than that ...and more than a one night stand with an empty minded barbie doll
