just click slide show and then slide transition and set the slides to advance automatically. For animations use custom animation and set the animations to go automatically.

Click Slide Show (on the menu bar), Rehearse Timings. You click to advance thru the slide show and your machine will record how long between each click. It will ask you if you want to save the timing-- click Yes. Then when you start the slide show, it will automatically advance per your timings. You will probably find that your timings are on the slow side at first. So be prepared to redo the timings.
