How do? Let's try "How does a guy give a girl the feeling of butterflys?" It kills me the lack of punctuation as well as the correct useage of the English language. It's embarrassing.
To answer your question - that all depends on the girl. What gives on girl butterflys won't give another. I would have to guess a gentle touch and a special look. That anticipation of something more.

A very intresting question I must say. I never thought about it. Probably they do it by making the girl feel good about herself or by showing that he would like to take care of her or by appreciating everything she does. I don't know. It's just that they make the girl feel so special which is a new feeling to her and rediscover herself. They make her love herself:)
