Yes. but when they start charging $99.00 per seminar and selling books and DVDs like Adam the "Dreamhealer" from Toronto Canada then you have doubts about their so-called healing gift. In that case, i believe their only power is to be an ambitious charlatan.

I do not believe there are. I believe that most healings that occurred supernaturally were done through God, even if he used a person to do it. In other words, I believe that when a preacher lays hands on someone and they get healed, it is not the person, but his God that does the healing. The man has no power within himself. I even believe that the devil has healed a few people in order to trick the people watching into believing in something that is a lie, but I don't want to go into the details of that. I don't think that people heal people.

Yes, of course. People can heal from modern medicine as well as from metaphysical healing, such as Reiki.
I'm going to assume that your question is aimed more toward metaphysical healing. Yes, there are people who can do this - even you can if you learned how.

Certainly there are but not through their own knowledge. God uses Doctors to heal people. He gives them the knowledge.
