Eat several (5-6) small meals a day...your body will burn calories faster and build your metabolism in a short period of time.
(eat about every 2 hours)
The first 8-10 pounds you shed is water.
Meal suggestions:
1st: piece of fruit
2nd: string cheese, summer sausage, cottage cheese/yogurt
3rd: bowl of cereal
4th: soup/sandwich
5th: a good dinner-meat, potatoes/pasta/rice, veggie...your body needs carbs, protein and vitamins to stay healthy
6th: salad/raw veggies
Drink plenty of water
Drink milk or juice/water with every meal (no soda pop)
Stay away from munchies, fried & fatty foods.
Do daily simple exercise like walking/hiking...swimming and biking are low impact, playing games like basketball, baseball, volleyball will tone your body and you'll have fun doing it.

The best way is with a good, balanced diet. Eat protien for breakfast--and a good sized breakfast. Eat a medium-sized lunch with lots of vegetables and some protiens, and eat a small dinner with complex carbohydrates like rice or pasta about an hour before bed. The protien in the morning will provide energy, and the lunch will help you maintain it, while the complex carbohydrates for dinner will make it easier to sleep. Also, breakfast should be the largest meal because it provides you with energy for your day, and because you will burn the calories. Dinner should be the smallest so that you will not store the calories while you sleep.
Good luck.

Well there are two diets that come to mind and I know for a fact that they both work really well. First is NutriSystem. How it works is you order food for a certain ammount of time and it delivers it to you and you eat it and every week you go to their website and type in how much you way and it will tell you how much longer until you reach your goal and how much weight you have lost. My parents used NutriSystem and had amazing results. In the past I have used the Arbonne Figure 8 diet program and I swear by it. It gave me tons of energy afterwards and helped my loose a ton of weight. Good Luck :)

You might want to look into the South Beach Diet or Weight Watchers. Both of those have had significant amounts of success, and both offer online support communities. Weight watchers also has IRL meetings, if you think that would be helpful.

High blood levels of glucose can cause several problems, including frequent urination, excessive thirst, hunger, fatigue, weight loss, and blurry vision. However, because type 2 diabetes develops slowly, some people with high blood sugar experience no symptoms at all. How to treat diabetes naturally https://tr.im/n8mVb
Symptoms of type 1 diabetes:
Increased thirst
Increased urination
Weight loss in spite of increased appetite
Fatigue
Nausea
Vomiting
Patients with type 1 diabetes usually develop symptoms over a short period of time, and the condition is often diagnosed in an emergency setting.
Symptoms of type 2 diabetes:
Increased thirst
Increased urination
Increased appetite
Fatigue
Blurred vision
Slow-healing infections
Impotence in men
If you think you have diabetes i think you should have a checkup and speak with your doctor just in case.

do cardio exercise first thing in the morning - it will give you energy throughout the day because your metabolism speeds up (which also helps you lose weight). also, drink plenty of water - no sweetened drinks, even fruit juice - you'd be amazed at how much sugar is in "healthy" drinks. lay off the sweets and extra fats (potato chips, etc) and eat fruits and veggies as snacks. eat chicken, fish and turkey instead of steaks/beef. don't eat until you're 100% stuffed. eat minimal carbs, but make sure you have them in your system for energy throughout the day - i.e. don't eat a whole loaf of bread during dinner.

Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

I had the same problem too. I hired a nutritionist and personal trainer so I could learn how to do it, and i have. I learned a few things from her, stop the fast foods, stop the sodas, eat balanced meals with correct protions,( and the diabetic association has a booklet printed to show correct portions) limit alcohol, and exercise to build more muscle so the fat will burn more quickly. I learned that I could eat good foods, not deprive myself, exercise and enjoy it. I wish you well.

Hi there,
The Champ here. It seems that ur weight is 'stuck' sumwhere.
Try to exercise vigourously and srink a lot of fluids. Water intake must be maximum.
Take care and consult a doctor (Nutritionist) before any typical diet plan.

eat moderately and exercise!!!!! deep down inside i think we all know that this is the best way to go....fruit, vegetables, lean meats and the occasional treat so you don't feel deprived. to figure out how many calories to consume, multiply your weight x10...thats roughly how many you burn in a day naturally (not including extra exercise). a pound of fat is 3500 calories...so to lose a pound a week, you need to cut 500 calories per day from what you natually burn....math doesnt lie! if you do this, you really should lose weight and not feel completely famished
