No magick doesn't quite work that way. That is a fallacy perpetuated by pop culture and shows like Charmed.

You're under the impression that magick will solve all of your problems. It's a very easy misconception to make: Have acne? Just say few words and burn some candles. Need super-human strength? Burn these herbs. Unpopular at school? Carry these crystals and hope for the best. No, this not how magick works. There is a reality side to it also.
You can't just "whip out" a spell. However, there are incantations you can say to help protect yourself if you have made the proper preparations beforehand.
If you are really interested in magick, perhaps you should read Scott Cunningham's "The Truth About Witchcraft Today" before you start meddling in things you obviously know nothing about.

No, there is no spell like this. Sorry! You've been reading too much Harry Potter. Just don't get into fights in the first place. There are, however, protection spells which you can google on the internet, but I would just make up my own by looking at some of them and compiling your own spell. But remember, if you don't mind the three-fold law while using these spells you will wish the guy had just punched you instead of the karma you will get!

Reality isn't Harry Potter or a TV show and spells aren't just waving a wand or saying a couple words and they are done. They all take time and preparation to do. Nor would you do one in a 'fight'. First rule, do no harm. Second rule, whatever you do, good or bad, will come back to you three fold.

Magick is a skill that integrates the conscious, subconscious, and subconscious minds along with harnessing energy through the etheric fields. It takes much practice before applying it in everyday situations.
To answer your quesion, no. Magick is not a quick fix for any situation if you are a beginner. You will only end up getting hurt.
