Contact a Lawyer. Sometimes a strongly-worded letter and some suggestion of lawsuit changes a girl's attitude. receipts are not the only way to prove ownership before a relationship.

Unfortunately, possession is 99% of the law. Sounds like she's hurt and this is her only way to get back at you (so to speak). Try to calmly tell her: no matter what she keeps or how she acts, you aren't going to reconcile, and that while you lived together she could claim the joint belongings, however, a family gift is a family gift, and although you cannot force her to return these things, it really isn't her right to keep those items; maybe offer to help her buy her own. Try to resolve this amicably and quickly and if she is beyond reaching (even if it costs you some dough), then remember this and always have a written agreement with anyone you live with if you are not married to them. At least in marriage there is a judge and lawyers to assist - living together you have no legal recourse.

If you lose these items now, maybe down the road she will return them if she finds another romatic interest who won't want your things around. If that happens she will need to know how to get ahold of you. Keep that in mind and decide whether or not material items are worth the headache.

Your First Sgt won't help? How about her 1st Sgt if she is in a different unit. I would go to your legal office.

It would help if you had any proof of ownership for them, like pictures from a PCS perhaps, or any pictures that have you and the items in them.

Just take them back, or do the same to her, if she doesn't have the receipt, she can't prove it's hers.
She seems to be a cruel and spiteful witch.

Move back in and take it when she is in the field. Just be a bigger person than she is and only take what belongs to you.
