Heres a good place to start; however, I dont see writing a letter to the corrupted people that spend over 90% of your tax money on their imperialistic wars a very effective means of changing things. That means they give less than 10% of a flying **** about your health care, schools, city conditions, etc... A letter is a good start in manners of changing things, but its to the point where the only way to stop this police state from further progressing is by taking serrious action.
