I need a work out regimen that relaxes, tones, and keeps me fit. Which one is the best of both worlds, pilates or yoga? I don't have time for both:(

Well, both have advantages, but I would say Pilates for a more visible results..it tones well the muscles, will keep you fit and in perfect shape and also has a relaxing effect. For yoga you'll need more time and it's more relaxing..Best of luck!!

Personally, I prefer pilates. I am way to impatient for yoga. I just can't make myself sit in those positions for any amount of time. I want to MOVE! haha.

I prefer Yoga. I have tried Pilates, and it doesn't work as well for me as yoga does.

try them both and see which one you prefer. I like yoga more, but also there are videos you can purchase (or classes if you go to the gym to work out) that offer the two combined.

why don't u ask your gym about it?
yoga relaxes,tones and makes body flexible
pilates works good enough particularly for abs

Pilates would be more beneficial, although both are excellent picks!
