You cant, girls of 14-16 are still child minded and haven't yet matured, of course they can love, like they love there parents, friends but not in the way you want, a girl around ages 14-16 can think they love some body in the way you want becoming almost obsessed, for example young teenage girls have crushes on pop stars, actors and what she feel for you would be just that, a crush very, very similar to the love you seek and so easily mistaken as but crushes aren't meant to last, the difference is a girl of such a young age has never had experience in real love, her immaturity will mature and her views, mind and direction in life will mature and change too, most likely altering her feelings for you too. Go ahead and ask her out though as harsh as it sounds you could be the experience she needs as to deal with other relationships she may have in the future, Good luck. x

ok it depends how close you are to her. I don't know if you are dating or not... But usually someone only falls in love with you after getting to know you well (I don't believe in love at first sight). I'm falling in love for this one guy just because he is patient with me and gives more importance to comunication than just phisical contact. You know what makes me fall in love? It's the hug and not the kiss. There isn't anything more romantic than being held in the arms of a sensitive guy. (ok after that a nice long kiss would be nice too ;-) )

a girl at 14 or 16 years old is not old enough to really fall truly in love with someone...she needs to experience things...needs to grow...at 14 or 16, she will miss out on a lot if she should say she is in love...later, she will realize all she has missed out on and will want out of the relationship...wait on her to mature, then be yourself and let nature take its course

You ca/t make anyone fall in love with you hun! They will fall in love when they are ready! Show them that you love them but don't think that they are going to fall in love with you! Love is something that is very special and it makes you feel good sometimes and it can make you feel bad! It al depends what happens! So take it easy and don't rush into love!
