I guess there are some issues to resolve before things become clearer(I am Owner of a Travel Agency):
1-How many in the group?
2-Is the above itinerary tentative or definite?(There are lots of Tours that cover the UK, Italy and Greece)
3-Proposed date of departure? Departure city/cities?
4-What type of Tour interests you the most?
Minor considerations but important in once resolved it will make locating a tour that meets your needs much easier to do.
