1.) Ask your dad if the cat can stay. If you've had the cat for 10 years, it would probably hard to let go.
When you mean aggressive, it bites/scratches people? Maybe you can put up an ad for it, but explain its behavior to prospective owners.
Is there a animal shelter nearby that you can give it to?
Is this a housecat or do you let it go out? If you are forced to leave her to the streets, she might not have the skills to find food and shelter.

I agree with some of these people, take it to a shelter if you absolutely can not take her. DO NOT leave her on the streets b/c she will not survive since she has been a house cat for the past 10 years.

It would be better for the kitty and your dad to find a rescue organization that will take your cat. It would not be a good idea to force your dad to take the cat. He might be mean to it and something bad could happen to the cat. A good rescue organization like PAWS or ARF will take care of the cat and also not put it to sleep like some humane shelters do.

If you are thinking of leaving your cat on the streets, it sounds like after 10 years you really don't love that cat. Find someone who loves cats...You can advertise in your local paper or send the word out to all of your friends...and please don't get any more pets in the future, because you don't sound very responsible. Pets are like children and should be treated with respect and love. They should not be treated as if they are a burden to be neglected or discarded when they don't fit into your lifestyle anymore.

I would keep my cat. You should beg your father to let you keep the cat and tell him you'll be responsible. If he still says no, then I would take the cat to a shelter, not just put him out on the streets.

Do you love your cat? Are you moving in with your father or have your own place in the same city? If you have your own place, then visit him instead of him visiting you. If not, then I'd say take her to a shelter, or a desereted barn if she is an outdoors type of cat.

No take the cat with you and see if your dad will let you keep the cat in your room or in the backyard . I would try to work it out with my dad if I have had my cat for even ten days I love my cats to death I have 4 inside and 8 outside also have 3 outside German Shepard dogs and one inside poodle and no matter what I would not leave them behind for no one not even my dad I know some how you can work it out with your dad just talk to him about it and explain how much the cat means to you and he will understand. GOOD LUCK with this let me know how it turns out

Take it to a shelter (preferably no kill). They will know how to care for the kitty, and they will know how to match it with an appropriate family or cat sanctuary.
