One of your respondents said he was a certified teacher and a former principal, but he actually is an argoforester in Michigan. He also said you needed no high school diploma to get into Harvard. Of course, that school has steadily gone down hill for decades now. Dartmouth, Yale, Brown, and Princeton are now the colleges of choice in the Ivy League, NOT Harvard!!

As for your question, you can find many careers and jobs that do not require a high school diploma; however, most would be low paying jobs which require little or no skills to perform.

Get your diploma. It will open doors for you, and you deserve that!!

I hope this helps.

There are plenty of careers that you could invest your time in, but without a good command of the English language, you might as well just take one of those jobs that Mexicans do for low-wage and food stamps. Re-read your question and figure out what might be wrong with it. If you don't have a high school diploma, you should at least invest in a freshman high school English course. No offense....just telling you the truth.

Almost NO career requires a high school diploma. Home schoolers are now coveted at all colleges and universities. No high school diploma required for entrance to Harvard for example.

High school is largely a custodializing insitution meant to house dangerous teens and keep them out of the labor market.

If you are bright and have initiative, it is largely a grand waste of time. Maybe worse. It could be quite lethal to a good mind.

Get out if you can.
