In a hospital room when my girl friends friend was in a coma and we were watching her for the night so her parents could take a break. Did it right beside her while my girlfriend held onto the bed the girl in the coma was in!! Nurse came in right after we put our pants back on and still zipping up!!!

This isn't a crazy place, but I did almost get caught in my room by my brother. His room was right next door so we had to be really quiet. One time he walked in without knocking and it was everything we could do to keep our giggles quiet.
