I was singing in my youth ministry today, everyone had just come back from camp, and everyone was really enflamed for Jesus, you know, and we started singing and everyone gathered around the stage, clapping, jumping, hands raised, eyes closed, praising. This has got to be the best feeling in the world. Thank you Lord. So my question is have you ever felt something like that,Please share. God Bless.

betty boop? What church do you go to, please e-mail me, wouldn't it be awesome if we went to the same church. I doubt it but still. Was it a church in Texas? If so, maybe. Please get in touch.

We lift our holy hands up
We want to touch you
We lift our voices higher
and higher and higher to you

We are hungry we are hungry
we are hungry for more of you

Yes! I remember back in the early 1970's, when I was struggling in graduate school and trying to be the "bread-winning" husband in a new marriage, and felt like a total failure, and then remembering what my father-in-law told me to do. He told me to open the Bible anywhere and just begin reading, and my answer would be there. I wasn't much of a believer back then, but being the obstinate and challenging young man that I was, I followed his recommendation to the letter. I picked up the Bible we had by the bed, and, turning my head away, I held it in my hand and let it fall open to what ever page it would, and then, still with my head turned away, I put my index finger down on the Bible without looking, and decided that, right there, right above my finger, I would start reading, and see just what this old man, my father-in-law, really knew. And do you know what was immediately above my index finger? The verse that says, "It's easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to get into heaven." Now remember, my reason for even doing all this was because I felt I was not being a good enough "bread winner" of a husband in my new marriage. And look what I truly stumbled upon. Or did I really stumble upon something so perfectly appropo for my concern? No, I didn't, in all my "objectivity" and non-belief, "stumble upon" that passage. God was there, and His angels were too. And I can assure you that, as I answer your question, that my long deceased father-in-law is looking at me and this computer screen and smiling because he knows he loved me and made a wonderful Godly impression on me, and God and His angels are smiling on him for the impact he had on this once very "devilish" son-in-law. I hate to say that my "ungodliness" caused me to divorce his daughter the same month and year he died, but I can tell you that although I divorced her all those years, nay . . . decades ago, I've never been divorced from her in my love and respect, and I have never stopped loving their family and having the deepest respect for them and the deepest regrets for having left them so. God has forgiven me, I know, after decades of suffering from guilt, but all the suffering, along with that day reading the Bible as her father-in-law told me to do, has kept me very aware that God has stepped in and out of my life regularly. And if I were to tell you all the other things that happened in my life, you'd be sure that He has been there. My son jokes about my being Superman since I'm still alive today. I have to remind him that Superman is a fantasy. God is Real. Thank you for your question that brought back such memories and closeness with my first father-in-law. God Bless you.

PRAISE THE LORD ALMIGHTY AND WONDERFUL GOD!

Yes indeed, I have felt that wonderful atmosphere of the presence of God. Not just in church but in my house, where i work, even when I'm doing gardening. When I accepted the Lords, it was through a scripture that someone sent me as an instant message, I don't know who it was, I was just cough by the Holy Spirit and cry so much that I accepted the Lord and here I am Praising Him. Yes the presences of the Lord is a wonderful feeling, let me say it this way, it is the most amazing, big, and tremendous feeling you can ever imagine.

Yes I have a few times. There was a few times it was like a hush went through the church where not even the babies was making noise, and I think God wanted us all to examine our hearts and get things right. There was a few times where it was like the Holy Spirit went through the church and there was shouting, praising, crying, lifting of hands, and praying. When God moves like that obey what he will have for you to do. Cause when we all obey and we all are in one accord. Just think of what God can do in one service.

OMIGOSH! TODAY IN MY CHURCH!

The Spirit of God was SO strong--He truly moves when there is worship! Our Youth are speaking tonite--they just got back also--they will lead the service tonite! I get sooooo exited for them, because they see their friends saved--and they decide to follow God in other capacities.

Yes, God Truly moves and like that song, 'I can feel the brush of angels' wings, I see glory on each face, Surely the presence of the Lord is in this place---------You can feel God.

If you're truly "born again" you can feel the
joy & happiness springing forth from you when
you are praising the Lord. You can be alone or in a christian group worshiping Him. I rejoice
with you and ask God to keep blessing you.

The very day (four years ago) that my husband and I (now ex) got down on our knees and gave ourselves to the Lord and I realized that I needed him completely for the rest of my life! I can not imagine a day or moment of any day without him by my side even when I am trying my hardest not to sin. I feel him every day as he leads me to make the right choices and to continue to seek him. In prayer studying bible or whatever he just fills my mind at all times with his presence! As I said my husband left me after four years of being side by side in a walk together with the Lord but I guess satan was stronger on his pull than the Lord as far as my ex. He gave in and completely ignored what God had been trying to give him and comitted adultry and eventually married the chosen woman.(I do not believe she is a christian she knew he was married while he left me and moved in with her. I pray every day for God to help me forgive him and continue to pray for them both even though I do it wrong in my mind. Bitterness is hard to give up especially when you are trying to be a christian and listen to God and DO what he tells you too. God Bless you today and always.

Yes......I've felt Him more than once. One time I could feel Him...the best way I could describe it was the atmosphere was thick. If anyone has truely felt Him, then they'd know about it. It's alot more than having chills with your hair standing on end. People don't realize that He's alive and well.

I have had this feeling many, many times. I can't say if it is God, Jesus, or the Holy Spirit. I would say what you felt was the Holy Spirit. God bless you.
