i know this guy likes me...and i really like him. i will not make the 1st move, its jst something i cant do, but yet he wont ask me for my number either. we dont know eachother very well, although we do chat every time we see eachother, which is most weekends wen we go to the same place......please help

You have to tell a man outright that you like him in 'that way', because us men are no good at taking hints. I should know, I'm a guy; and I've missed out on the chance to get together with women because I'm not picking up the hints, then you find out afterwards from their friends, that they liked you. (yesterday is a fine example of this, but here is not the place to tell) Ask/tell him outright; and then you know where the both of you stand.

If no one ever makes the first move, you'll never get the chance to find out all the possibilities of romance that could happen. Stop wasting time and approach the man. He'll probably be glad you did first.

I say get drunk when you are with him at the weekends. The blurt it out that you think yourself and him should go for a pint sometime! Drunk talk is always so much easier.

if you know he likes you and he knows you like him one of you has to grow some balls and make a move!!
try something simple like ask him if he will be at the place next week etc...maybe suggest meeting him or going with him, and say did you want my number to let me know kind of thing.
or wait til he asks you.......
