of course you can lose weight by exercising, that is one of the healthiest natural ways to lose. you are going to lose the weight and eventually start to gain muscle, but nothing is wrong with that either, you just have to keep it up, or it will turn back into fat. all exercising machines are used to work on different parts of your body, but if you do a lot of walking a fast pace consistent speed and on a regular basis, you will lose inches and start to see pounds shredding off of you.

Weight is just a number... being in shape is a totally different thing. Why worry about weight if you're fat or out of shape... in other words, if you lied about your weight, no one would know. If you lied about the shape you're in, people would be able to tell you're lying. Forget the numbers and get in shape!

Watch how many calories you consume and also the fat intake. Then drink a lot of water because it suppresses the appetite. Also consume foods high in fiber because they give you a full feeling.

Lower your calorie intake and make sure you are eating properly. Really you need to have exercise in there to make sure everything is healthy. When you lose fat you want to increase your muscle mass.

am affraid there isn't. because even if you eat healthy diet food you'll need exercise to burn calories try doing easy exercises and then start with the hard ones.

don't drink soda ,and don't eat after 6:30 pm and go for short walks ,drink more water.
