proper diet and excersice is a good way to lose weight. however. it is not fast. only 2 pounds a week on average. but it is good for the long run. crash dieting doesnt work once u start eating again. in fact, it will be even harder to lose that weight once its back on.

Maria,
I beg of you. Please do not try to lose 20 kilos in one month.
The only way to succeed in this is through dangerous and health threatening methods.
There are healthy ways to lose 20 kilos and become fit and toned, but these methods take a longer period - perhaps 6 months.
They involve formulating a lifestyle around health, fitness, and nutritious consumption.
I'll recommend that you cut out certain foods:
1) All fried foods
2) Cakes, cookies
3) Processed flour products
4) Margarine and shortening
5) Juices
And include:
1) Lots of water (8 glasses a day is good)
2) Whole grains
3) Fruits and vegetables, especially those with deep pigment like blueberries, spinach, etc!
4) Nuts
5) Soy
6) Lean meats and fish
7) Beans
8) Olives, artichokes, avocadoes (sources of beneficial fat!)
Time to exercise as well. Best to exercise 5 days a week, progressively, so that you increase difficulty as your body becomes more durable.
Combine strength conditioning and cardiovascular conditioning. For example, one day might be a run on a treadmill and lifts on machines. Or a circuit workout could include some short fast runs with pushups, crunches, and squats in between.
Crash diets often cause people to crash too. Please don't be one of those people. You can get the results you want - it just takes time.

This is not a safe goal for weight loss. Rapid weight loss can cause gallstones, as described in the link below.
Safe limits are: slow and steady weight loss of about ¾ to 2 pounds (.33 to 1 kilo) per week and not more than 3 pounds (1.36 kilo) per week (weight loss may be faster at the start of a program). Check with your doctor before starting a weight-loss program.

First, set realistic goals, 20 kilos, 44 pounds in a month isn't realistic. I hate to say this, because every doctor I've been to has said the same thing, "Eat less, exercise more". I have to assume that it would work if I tried it, because the eat more exercise less program I've been on for the last few years certainly isn't doing any good! Good luck, just take it one day and one cruller at a time.

It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way you have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin.
Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Plus click on "Pure Water" to make sure the water you drink doesn't hurt you. Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

You got to "put out" more than you "put in".
Lay off the sweets! No cheese, no fatty foods. No ham sandwiches, or ice cream.
Drink LOTS of liquids to flush that system out. No cheating. Eat fruits and veggies.
Some exercise will help. More is better.
No Soda POP no salt. Anything that was available to eat 300 years ago should basically be what you eat today.
Oh, who loses KILOs? Pounds or Tons sound more thunderous.

Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

You might be on a non-carb weight loss plan, but devour more veggies and protein. Also, do not forget to endeavor more. Aerobics relatively work for shedding weight. Simply bear in mind to endeavor and don't eat that much sugary meals.
