with my own kids I have the problem often of one doing something and then taddling and crying on the other to get them in trouble. One thing I would suggest is to sit back when they don't know you are listening to them playing and just observe how they act. And a lot of times it isn't just one child who does this, they may take turns. I think there can be a real danger in labeling a child a "cry child" or a "bad kid" or even the "good one," any label can be dangerous with children.

OK when you walk in the room and ask who did it, tell them you will not get mad at them for being honest and telling the truth. The person that did it will at that point come forward. It really works when you start early enough but you can't yell at them after they tell the truth either. It is a great way to get their trust and once that comes about it'll be easier for them to tell you when they have done something wrong.

O K YOUR TRANSLATION GOT A LITTLE OFF THERE- IF I DONT KNOW WHO HAD THE TOY FIRST - I GET THE TOY.
