'Cause I know 50 girls, and I did a survy on them if they thought they liked their body, and 40 of them said they where too fat, and teir 13, and weight 5 stone! What?!?

because there is so much pressure on girls to conform to the stick thin, showing bones, no womanly curves figure that is portrayed as the ideal in magazines and clothes stores where the latest fashions only seem to look good on 12 year olds! anything other than this, is generally frowned up by men and women alike, and this is why!

Its because all girls see all day are pictures are women in the media who are picture perfect and stick thin. Just look at any TV programme/advert in magazine to see what I mean. Also, men put pressure on women to look a certain way. I've been called fat before and I'm only just over 8 stone! Its ridiculous. Men have to realise that the majority women have stretch marks/body hair/cellulite and its perfectly normal.

Boys do care, a lot in the opposite way. boys worry about putting on weight quite often, not wanting to be puny. some worry about being fat as much as any girl. in this society of perfect images and zero tolerance i think we are all guilty of having a little dysmorphia now and again.

women read beauty magazines (men generally don't) and the main point of beauty magazines is to convince the readers they are not beautiful and need to diet.
This then generates paranoia and self loathing, if girls gave up reading this rubbish and realised that DIETING actually results in weight problems and had more confidence in themselves
then we would have problems.
AND GIRLS BOYS DO DATE CUDDLY GIRLS! If you can get clothes on and still fit out of the door there is someone just right for you but if you are happy with yourself you wont comfort eat and make yourself heaver!! get the picture

I have a son at University and young guys DO care .. reason: no girl wants to date a fat guy, unless he's rich and then you got a gold digger on your hands and guys don't like it when they know that the girl they're with is just after the dosh.. One exception to that is when the guy's just after the sex and doesn't care what the girl is after so long as he gets laid lol

Gimme a break! Have you ever seen MTV? Check it out, the fat, ugly grill wearing hog always gets the hot skinny large breasted chicks. I got the fat and ugly part down, working on getting the grill next. I may have a problem with the Black part though.

because a girl will except a guy who is not totally in shape in exchange for love or in some cases a man with money but it is more likely guys's eyes will always wander to a more fit girl if we get fat.

Appearance is more important to women than men.Even fat men prefer lean woman.It is a buyers market.Fat woman are more in supply and no demand.The law of demand and supply work.

mens weight can be dodgy coz muscle is heavier than fat...eg. a man mite weigh 15 stone but no be technically overweight compared to another guy who weighs 12 stone who...well is
