It probably depends on the person, but the two people I know on Zoloft eat just the same as they did before they were on it.

I've been on Zoloft for over 2 years and I eat like a pig.

Zoloft can do many things to you, it can make you loose weight, gain weight, it all depends on your body type and how your body reacts to the meds, When i took it i lost alot of weight, where as some one else i know gained weight.
