Either in a room (house. motel. locker room), or someplace where nobody can see you to turn you in. If they can see you and you know they won't turn you in, in can be a huge turn on to have sex in front of somebody else. My social circle gets together and has sort of an orgy once in a while. We all get naked in one room, but we only have sex with our own wives and girlfriends. There is an INCREDIBLE energy when 6 or 7 couples are all banging it out with each other (we even film it).

Think you should find out for your self. What is going to turn on me or her or the guy or woman down the street is not going to turn you on. Only you can awnser the question cause only you know what turns you on and if you dont know what turns you on get out thier and find out. I will tell you nothing worse than having sex with someone when thay dont even know what turns them on they just lay thier and do nothing how boring. Me if a woman gets me turned on I dont care where we are i am going to find a way to have sex. I have paid a rollercoaster operator before to run the ride with just my date and me on it want to talk about a thrill try sex on a coaster.

i had sex on the playground at this school (at night) it was just an adrenaline rush.

Outdoor sex is best.
It's risky with being too risky. It's public but not everyone is watching. And it's outdoors. Grabbing my picnic blanket and meeting my guy for lunch. LOL
