Thats a rather broad question, and I'd have to give a general answer.
Given proper care, nutrition, and regular veterinary visits, a cat kept indoors can live as long as 21 years or more. (The average age of cats is 12-15 years) This is, of course, barring any serious medical conditions.

Cats that are indoors-outdoors usually don't last to the the average age because of traffic accidents, fighting with other cats, intentional acts of violence, poisoning (accidental or intentional), diseases caught from other cats, being picked up by animal control and subsequently euthanized if not claimed, and death caused by predators.

"Stray cats" AKA "feral cats" usually don't live more than a couple of years because of starvation or all of the above.

Indoor cats can live as long as twenty years or more. Outdoor cats have a shorter life, 10-12 years max. My aunt had a Siamese cat that lived to be 29 years old. She was an indoor cat.

A healthy age for a cat to live is 12 or 13 years. Make sure they get the diet your cat needs if you want your cat to live a healthy life. Say hi to your beautiful fun loving kitty cat. Cats are so funny!

Some of them live 20 years, but most cats usually live 14 years or so. Some die earlier, and others later. It depends on many factors, if they get sick, if they were well taken care of during their life (had their regular shots and check-ups, had a healthy diet, etc, etc).

Usually cats are considered "seniors" when they are 7 years or older, but if they are healthy they'll live much longer.
