I have gestational diabetes, and i cant drink much of anything because of all the carbs, tap water is not that appealing to me because its flavorless...i like the flavored water.

The carbonation in sparkling water is bad for your bones. Stick to plain water.

All water is the same as bottled water and has impurities same as tap water as to how much it differs with bottlers
carbonation only adds impurities in sparkling water
I boil all my drinking water and/or freeze it when going on trips sanitizing the carriers each time
Best water is in the mountain springs above 6000 feet
very little or no impurities right out of the earth

I like to put just an ounce of cranberry juice in plain water. Very healthy.

I HATE sparkling water...its like club water. Plain water is wayyyyyy better

The truth of the matter is that health of officials have determined that drinking distilled water may not be good for your health as noted because it lack certain minerals that your body needs.
