It can be said both ways. Without a man their would be no humans. It takes the two to make babies. But, I do agree that women in most all religions have been swept under the carpet and its wrong.

Without men there wouldn't be humans either (and I'm a woman). I think we should both, male & female, have equal standing everywhere.

I'm not religious, so I can't give an opinion as to how the Church treats women. I'm just wondering how women accept the fact that they can't be religious leaders within the Church. Example: No female Catholic priests.

Still, one should hold as much love and respect for both mother and father and feel safe and sheltered with both. Both parents help make a family and both help provide, both contribute to the safety of the home. Equality is what we should strive for.

You disprove your point in your question - "the human female is a miracle of nature ... (except for) Adam." But your sentiment is true - society still tends to see the male as the "hunter" while the female is the "nurturer and protector". Today's females, although pursuing their rightful place in business (and being for the most part being paid second class wages) do have the alter ego of caring for the family, taking time off work for having children, and mostly being looked to for the primary upkeep of the family.

After all, none of us would be here if it weren't for women, and in my case, being a late in life baby (almost 20 years after her first 2) am glad that abortion wasn't popular in the mid 50s.

Christians say a child cannot grow-up properly without a father and a MOTHER, and yet they only worship a male Diety.

I believe that the spirit cannot grow properly without both male and female deities to believe in. This is why I'm Pagan.

Think you also need the male of the species for humans to appear. Like your thinking though.

Unfortunately, many religeons seem to support the idea of males using their power to prevent females from developing their full potential. That is clearly wrong and it is good that men are saying so.

That is not true. Many religions revere a woman. There were many Greek and Roman Godesses, and spiritual religions often refer to Mother God. Also there would be no humans without man. It does take two!

What Will I prefer?, I am already a man, and there is not a woman that I could trust as I trust God, you are nut's, perhaps taking your first steps into Homosexuality, be careful, because from there isn't way back.? too masculinity. plus your manhood its not between you leg's, and life isn't only about penis but about mind, Spirit, Soul, brains, dreams and ideas, and more. .

I'm not sure what you're trying to accomplish here, but God always referred to himself in the masculine tense. I'm sure it has nothing to do with which he favors or which is more important, God just had His reasons.

This is an INANE question.

The Bible teaches the LIFE comes from the Father.

The Bible teaches the FORM comes from the Mother.

So, um, I GUESS YOU NEED BOTH DON'T YOU?
