In college we formed a circle of friends that included a Catholic, Buddhist, Jew, Muslim, Baptist, and Anglican. We thought it was really cool that we could all sit together, talk, and enjoy each others' company -- we wondered why world leaders couldn't do the same... We all believed in peace, honesty, and God - what's the problem???

All faiths have common ground but they do not want to accept them. Making divisions because some religions live for the money and diversity is what people want. Do your research and you will see how many common things they all have. Not a single one has a difference.

If people really sat and looked at all the religious beliefs they would realize there is some common ground. I believe that if there were more respect for others beliefs and customs things could be alot better.

Never, Religion has always been the downfall of the world, nothing stirs up emotions, and hatred more than religion. I don't believe in a God. The God that is talked about in the Bible is said that the people are his image. That doesn't say much for his image!

Actually I feel that there are many religions that have so much in common with each other, maybe not exactly in belief, but in philosophy. I guess we just have to explore each other in an open minded manner rather than undergo useless debates or create ''labels'' for each other

No because then they will cease to be different faiths and will have to give up what they believe and uphold. U are then creating a new faith and not merging the old ones.
