Crimes against individuals are correctly and adequately handled under state laws, as even in the case of terroist D.C sniper John Muhammed. Ultimately, it turns out that he was really in it for the money. In any case, why muddy the issue by adding the jurisdiction of federal government unless they are properly involved (as in crimes across state lines or against federal employees or property)?

I am guessing that you have checked out your figures and that you assume they are right. So if I read the question correctly then you somehow classify a Latino as an illegal alien and then also a terrorist. Wow Drive by shooters should be prosecuted under the law, are they terrorist? Probably not.

Yes no matter what race they are legal or illegal...they all should be charged as terrorists. They are terrorizing whole neighborhoods, when you can't walk down the street you live on for fear of the criminal element (mainly gangs) then there is a problem.

Hi triple digit - what a great concept - because, just as terrorists rarely know their victims, it's the same with "drive by"s (except they shoot without jeopardizing their own safety). I believe right now they're prosecuted for murder, but prosecuting them as terrorists is even better, whoever does it.
