There is absolutely no doubt, that the "loneliest" place upon the face of the Earth, is the "Antarctica" (the region of the South Pole)...because, like the Moon, is it nothing but "desolation". You might run into a few animals...like Polar Bears that will "eat" you...but if you travel to Antarctica completely on your own...you can be sure not to find anyone. For some unexplainable reason, people venture more often to the "North" Pole...but very, very rarely, does anyone ever travel to THE BOTTOM OF THE WORLD!!
